Tetra 2k
Tetra is a low-cost, high volume CMOS sensor family of 2k, 4k and 8k resolution for multispectral, color and monochrome imaging. This sensor is ideal for pick-and-place sorting and other machine vision applications that require cost-effective imaging.
The sensor has a resolution of 2048 x 4 with a 14µm x 14µm pixel size and runs at a maximum line rate of 100 kHz. The sensor outputs selectable 1, 2, or 4 rows. Based on a synchronized shutter design, the sensor provides low read noise and high dynamic range through the use of true correlated double sampling (CDS). Each channel has its own exposure control, resulting in easy-to-perform white balancing.
